Our Story – From One Kitchen to a City of Flavour

Ocean City began as a small takeaway in Rainworth, crafted by Chris and Corrine with one goal: to reimagine oriental takeaway for the modern world. Inspired by the rich tastes of Asia and the excitement of anime culture, our kitchen fuses East-meets-West creativity into every box, bowl, and bao.

I’ve been waiting for a long time now before leaving a review as I love to give a honest feedback and a genuine review based on a good long period of time I’m happy to say that I would highly recommend it. Ocean City exceptional clean food full of flavour very good portions reasonable prices the ladies that serve you in shop are excellent very welcoming. The food itself is 10 out of 10 I order at least once sometimes twice a week sometimes delivery would highly recommend this to anybody. Looking forward to my next visit.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Consistently great. The salt and pepper box is a must have! You can add 4 chicken balls and wontons. Been here a few times recently and it does not disappoint. The bao buns are amazing too. Great selection of food coming from a few different cultures not just Chinese! Further to my original review above. This is still the best oriental/Chinese takeaway in the area. I have explored more of the menu and you will not be disappointed. The duck spring rolls are delicious and my favourite sauce to pick is the bbq (it’s in a oriental/Chinese style) still so many items to try will be visiting for a long time to come. THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!!!
